A trailer-mounted twin pumper is an equipment mounted on a trailer, equipped with two horizontal three-cylinder high-pressure plunger pumps. The plunger pumps are driven by the diesel engine via a hydraulic transmission and can be operated on the control panel. The trailer-mounted twin pumper is used to pump cement slurry during operations to replace drilling fluid and top pressure to the underground during construction, and can be used for or perform pressure-holding operations. It can also be used for circulating drilling fluids, casing pressure testing, acidizing injection and fracturing.
The trailer-mounted twin pumper is mainly composed of a trailer, diesel engines, a hydraulic transmission, a drive shaft, plunger pumps, a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, an instrument control system, a high-pressure discharge manifold, a low-pressure suction manifold, and a lighting system.
Its working principle is as follows: the deck engine is started by an air-start system, and the power generated is transmitted through the hydraulic transmission and drive shaft to the power end of the plunger pumps, thus driving the pumps to operate.
